Next Meeting 12th November - Richard Murray

Richard Murray has agreed to be our next guest at City Addicks at the City Tavern.

Obviously the meeting can only take place if due diligence has been completed otherwise it wont be possible for him to speak.

So I shall keep the site updated as to whether the meeting will definitely go ahead.

Meeting on 2nd July - Martin Simons

Deputy Chairman Martin Simons is also coming up on the 2nd. So we'll have a bit of "old" and new putting their views across on the night!

New Chief Exec to Talk on 2nd July

Steve Waggott has agreed to come along on the 2nd July to give us an informal chat. I believe this is his first official week in office.

I hope as many of you can come along to hear what he has to say on his future plans as our Chief Executive.

The meeting will be chaired by Club Director, David White.

Just a quick note to say thanks for Sasa and Paul for giving up their time to come and talk to us. Two very different but very interesting stories and we hope they both come back again.

Most of the audience were suffering from sore heads on Friday.

Will be back soon with the next date. I think I booked a date in with the pub later that night but I cant remember what the actual date was!

Further Guest to the bill

Next Meeting 20th September - Paul Mortimer

Hello. Its been a long time since I attempted the last meeting which obviously was cancelled at the last minute (booo) but I was reminded last week to attempt another.

So Paul Mortimer has kindly agreed to appear at the City Tavern at 6.30pm on the 20th. You can find location detatils for the pub on the right hand side of this blog.

As usual, Dave White, club director will be chairing the meeting.

All are welcome - please come along and have a chat, a beer and a good laugh with fellow Charlton fans and listen to what will be, I'm sure, some great stories from Mr Mortimer.
